The Inspiration

Not every journey needs a destination.

Some begin with a plan, others with a change of direction, and some simply with the decision to see what lies beyond the familiar.

The Your Journey T-Shirt is inspired by the freedom to explore and the experiences, places and moments that shape us along the way. No two journeys follow exactly the same path, and that individuality sits at the heart of the design.

It reflects one of the ideas at the centre of Vanture: every journey is personal.

The Design

The artwork combines elements of navigation and exploration to create a visual representation of finding your own way.

At the centre of the design is the Vanture Icon, incorporating the four compass directions of north, east, south and west. Alongside them sits "you are here", marking a single point in a much wider journey and serving as a reminder that wherever you are now is simply one part of the story.

Topographic lines flow through the artwork, inspired by the contours used to map landscapes and terrain. They represent the routes we take, the places we discover and the paths that rarely follow a straight line.

Together, these elements turn the design into more than a reference to travel. They create a visual reminder to choose your own direction and make the journey your own.

The Meaning

Your Journey is about the freedom to decide what exploration means to you.

It might be travelling somewhere new, taking the scenic route, returning to a familiar place or simply choosing a different path through everyday life. The destination matters less than the experiences collected along the way.

The design is a reminder that there is no single route to follow and no journey that belongs to anyone else.

The Colour Palette

The artwork uses Pearl White (L87) and Mouse Grey (L325), two distinctive colours originally offered on early VW T1 models.

Their earthy, natural tones complement the topographic map design, reinforcing its connection to landscape, exploration and the outdoors while drawing directly from the visual heritage of the original vehicles.

Heavyweight Fabric

Every Vanture garment begins with a deliberate choice of foundation. For the Your Journey T-shirt, we selected a premium 320 GSM cotton-rich fleece that delivers substance, comfort and durability in equal measure.

The heavyweight construction gives the hoodie a reassuring feel without compromising everyday wearability. A soft brushed interior provides warmth and comfort against the skin, while the cotton-faced outer creates a smooth, refined surface that showcases every printed detail with exceptional clarity. The fabric is also pre-shrunk to help maintain its shape and fit over time.

Relaxed Fit

Finished with a relaxed silhouette, drop shoulders, a self-lined hood, ribbed cuffs and hem, and a generous kangaroo pocket, every element has been chosen to create a garment that feels as considered as the story it carries.

Print Quality

Every Vanture design begins long before ink meets fabric. Each graphic is carefully developed and refined to ensure every line, colour and detail is reproduced exactly as intended.

Using premium printing techniques, the artwork is printed directly into the fibres of the garment, creating a soft, breathable finish that preserves the natural feel of the fabric. This process allows subtle details, fine linework and tonal variation to be captured with exceptional clarity while avoiding the heavy texture often associated with traditional print methods.

Every garment is printed individually, ensuring each piece receives the same level of care and attention before progressing to the next stage of production.
