Shipping policy

We want your Vanture order to reach you safely and in good time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery.

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95.

Orders of £90 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

Delivery times

Thoughtfully made. Delivered in 6–10 working days.

Please allow 6–10 working days from the date you place your order for your Vanture pieces to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery service

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Where appropriate, we may use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to help keep an order on schedule.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery. Tracking information can also be viewed through your Vanture account and, where applicable, through the Shop app.

Please allow a little time after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@vanturestudio.com. We'll always do our best to help, but we can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information first.

If you're still concerned about your delivery, contact us at hello@vanturestudio.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check any nominated safe place and with other members of your household or neighbours before contacting us.
